I'm the founder of Sobervation. I'm a 40-something man who found sobriety on July 11th, 2021.

I always thought I managed my drinking well
but my life was starting to get out of control. I was almost 270 lbs., and I was starting to lose the things that were most important to me: my relationships, my health, and my happiness.
I knew that I needed to make a change
I quit drinking and started journaling and working out every day.
I've lost nearly 100 pounds and I'm in the best shape of my life.
But more importantly, I've finally found peace. I'm no longer controlled by my addiction, and I'm able to live my life to the fullest.

But the clothes are too cute not to share. And for me, wearing clothing that reminds me of my sobriety is like a badge of honor.
Sobriety has completely changed my life and I hope to inspire others to give it a try.
