6. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are produced specifically for you after purchase. This process:

  • Takes 3-10 business days depending on the product type
  • Cannot be canceled once production begins
  • Results in products that are final sale (see Return & Refund Policy)
  • May have slight variations in print placement or color

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, most items are final sale. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts located in Franklin County Ohio.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@sobervation.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
