From Rock Bottom to Recovery

My name is Eric, and I’ve been sober since July 11, 2021. For years, vodka was my escape, my routine, and my prison. It nearly took everything from me — my health, my peace, my family.

When I chose sobriety, I chose life. I chose to rebuild from rock bottom, one day at a time. That journey wasn’t easy, but it gave me something I never expected: a voice.

Sobervation was born out of that voice — the need to say, “I’m sober, I’m proud, and I’m still here.”
