Processing Times

Most items are made-to-order to ensure premium quality and reduce waste. Processing times vary by product type:

  • Standard apparel (tees, hoodies, caps): 3-7 business days
  • Embroidered items: 5-10 business days
  • DTG printed items: 3-7 business days
  • Accessories (mugs, posters, jewelry): 2-5 business days
  • Made To Order Jewelry: 14-21 business days

Processing times begin after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated ship date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing

International:

  • Standard International: 10-21 business days after processing (varies by destination)

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow additional time.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders.

International Orders

We ship to select international markets. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or our shipping fees.

Duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.

Shipping Issues & Delays

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@sobervation.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping information before completing your order.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@sobervation.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
